A Touch of Class Property Management is a small independent property management company serving the Baltimore, Maryland metropolitan area and surrounding counties. We specialize in well maintained detached homes, townhouses and condos. Our landlords consist of both investors and homeowners who find themselves on temporary assignment outside of the area and are located all over the world.

As we are a small independent company, we do not offer a one plan fits all service but will tailor our services to meet the needs and desires of the individual landlord/owner. A typical service includes finding and qualifying tenants, collecting rents and paying bills, providing regular property inspections, providing routine and emergency maintenance services, escrow funds for long-range repairs, seek multiple bids for major renovations/replacement and handling all contacts with tenants, vendors, Condo/Homeowner Associations; thereby, helping to insure the anonymity of the owner.
